Why I’m Putting My Focus on Paces and North Atlanta

If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I’ve spent the last few years working buyers and sellers all over metro Atlanta. Now I’m shifting a big part of my focus to Paces and the surrounding North Atlanta neighborhoods, and I wanted to explain why.

I grew up in this city. Woodward Academy, Lambert High School, then Georgia State, so Atlanta isn’t just where I sell real estate, it’s where I’m from. Over the past three years with Century 21 Results, I’ve gotten to see just about every corner of this market, and the more time I spend in Paces and the neighborhoods around it, the more I want to specialize here.

These are neighborhoods with real character: tree-lined streets, historic homes, and a sense of privacy that’s hard to find this close to the city. Buyers looking here aren’t just shopping for square footage, they’re shopping for a lifestyle, and that’s a different conversation than the one I have in other parts of the metro.

So what does this mean for you? If you’re buying, I’m going to know the inventory in this area better than almost anyone, including homes that haven’t hit the market yet. If you’re selling, I’m going to market your home to the specific kind of buyer who’s looking for exactly what you have.
